| Pork Chops with Apple |

4 pork chops with bone, about 250g each
Discard any melted fat from the pan and then pour in the Calvados and the cream. Cook chops for 8-10 mins, turning once. Then keep them warm. Core the apples and cut them into 2cm thick slices. Melt butter in a frying pan, add the apple slices and cook for 4 mins.
Place chops on a serving dish, pour over the sauce and decorate with a little redcurrant jelly. |
